CANCELATION POLICY

24 HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT TO AVOID A CANCELLATION FEE OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE(S). 

APPOINTMENT TIME

PLEASE RESPECT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. IT IS RESERVED JUST FOR YOU! YOUR TIME & BUSINESS ARE GREATLY VALUED & APPRECIATED. WITH THAT, YOU WILL BE SEEN AT YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. NOT BEFORE, (AS I‘M USUALLY STILL WITH A CLIENT OR SETTING UP), AND NOT AFTER, AS I WILL WILL BE PREPARING FOR THE NEXT CLIENT. IF YOU FAIL TO GIVE NOTICE OF RUNNING MORE THAN 5 MIN. LATE YOU WILL COUNT AS A NO SHOW. IN ORDER TO KEEP THE SCHEDULE ON TRACK FOR A SMOOTH PROCESS FOR ALL CLIENTS THIS MUST BE TAKEN INTO PLACE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

  WAXING:

HAIR NEEDS TO BE AT LEAST 1/3 OF AN INCH FOR HAIR REMOVAL. IF HAIR IS NOT LONG ENOUGH YOU WILL NOT BE SERVICED.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY USING ANY AHA/BHA,RETIN-A,RETINOSKIN 

PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS ETC. FACIAL 

WAXING AND SKINCARE CAN NOT BE SERVICED DUE TO THE SKINS SENSITIVITY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

IF YOU FEEL SICK OR ARE SICK, CONTAGIOUS, HAVE A FEVER, SORE THROAT, RASH,  FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS WITHIN THE LAST 72 HOURS


IF YOU SHOW UP VISIBLY ILL YOU WILL BE DECLINED SERVICE, AND RE SCHEDULED FOR A DIFFERENT DATE. 

 NO EXCEPTIONS.
